Just thought I would drop you a note to relay my appreciation for the assistance my brother-in-law and I received from one of your employees. A couple of weeks ago, I was helping my in-law to shop for a hot tub and we had selected three hot tub outlets to visit, assess the products, and to check out prices.
My brother-in-law chose to purchase from Best Plumbing not just because we believed the Pacific brand was much better manufactured, but because Vi Pidzarko made such a good impression on us. Her easy-going style and the thorough explanation, demonstrated to us that not only did she believe in the product, but she understood the technical and operational requirements, that all purchasers need to know prior to installing.
Compared to the other hot tub outlet representatives, Vi provided clear, concise information that allowed us as purchasers to make a decision that we felt was based on sound judgement. As a follow up we have met with Vi who orientated us to how best to care for the Pacific hot tub, and to use the chemicals properly. We understand that it was ViÕs day off today (Thursday) and she still took the time to go through the orientation without hurrying or fuss.
On behalf of my brother-in-law who made the purchase of one of your Pacific hot tubs, and myself who was helping him during the purchase, I would like to that your staff for the great service we both received, and trust that you will relay our appreciation to her.
